Green MLA Adam Olsen wants briefing; CFAX-1070 with Mark Brennae draws intense listener reaction

Great exposure on Tuesday with lots of listener involvement on CFAX-1070 “The Drive with Mark Brennae”. There were so many callers that Mark extended our interview, and asked to “stay on top of this for more appearances.”

Here’s a link to the Mark Brennae interview:

Exciting news: MLA Adam Olsen – who is the BC Green Party’s transportation critic – has reserved time on April 27th for a briefing. The BC Greens can really press Cabinet for prompt action – as Green MLA Andrew Weaver did very successfully in April 2017 for high heels in the workplace. Back then, the BC Liberal Cabinet enacted a WorkSafe BC regulation banning mandatory high heels. Long commutes have far worse risk to employees’ health and safety. Our petition urges the NDP Cabinet to enact a similar regulation to direct all employers to make best efforts to minimize employees’ long commutes. We are asking Ministers to “Take ten minutes in Cabinet to trigger 10,000+ citizens having closer commutes.”

Please spread the word – we want tons of signers!
